There are times when our town celebrates fiesta there is battle of the band competition. Most of the band that joins has their own guitar and other music instruments though sometimes the sound quality is not good especially when they are already hooked up to the big speakers. I guess our town needs something like kontrol s4 from guitar center which is also helpful when there is ball or disco after the awarding ceremonies.

When a typhoon visit Philippines last month I was there, our province was in signal # 2. The wind was very strong and after few hours heavy rain came. There was no problem if there’s no flood, yeah right the water from the field went out the street and came to our houses. The main reason was the street canal made by someone who said to be an engineer was too small to accommodate the water so guess what the water overflows from the canal.

Same problem with the irrigation canal beside us, it was also too small that when there’s large amount of water when they opened the dike it was flooding in our place.  Dunno what are they thinking when they made it, because it looks like just  a toy or house canal.

Their are shrubs planted on our backyard that separate our house from the nearby rice fields. When we came home the gumamela was already  blossoming and growing bigger. We trimmed this occasionally when  they are too bigger and making our backyard darker, unlike before that we just do it alone we hired my cousin’s husband to trimmed the shrubs for us because our bolo is not in good condition.

My cousin in-law doesn’t owned safety cutters so he also used his jungle bolo which he sharpened time to time when it won’t cut the shrubs anymore. While he is cutting the plants I was busy carrying them to the pit to the burn,  the smoke is good for trees like mango to develop flowers and as well as to avoid mosquitoes lingering around the dark part of hour house.

My mother has been telling me that she wants to buy refrigerator so they could stock food without spoiling and she could sell some processed food. So in the morning after visiting the stores that are burnt down by fire we went to a merchandise store to inquire how to get refrigerator by installment.

My mother and sister were already known by the owner because it is the same store where they get there motorcycle, they were told what the requirements to avail refrigerator by installment.

We went to town last week to see if the money I withdrawn and my father’s salary already came, it was there already so my mother withdrawn money to pay for down payment.

We are quite busy these past few days. My mother and I just arrived from Manila yesterday after fetching me, today I do some cleaning at home because it was too dusty. And as expected my mother get angry because her things and important receipts where misplaced.  Anyway she didn’t know that I just set the receipts in top of the bed.

The other night while I walking to Family Mart to buy some food I saw a cat in the garbage area looking for food. So I stopped by and take some photos, as you can see in the photo there are also some old wooden cabinets that are thrown by the owner.  These cabinets are still reusable dunno if someone picked them at night or they are picked by the garbage in the morning to be thrown and turn to pieces like what I saw on the previous cabinet I saw in the street.

I am a type of person that I want my things to be organized according to what I want, that ‘s why even on my laptop I made sure my files are organized. The files that I think I don’t need anymore is automatically deleted but there are times I forgot that I save something important on that folder so after I  clean up computer I will just found out my important files are missing.  I can’t retrieved them anymore because I have a habit of cleaning my recycle bin, disk and registry after logging out.

I thought I already learned my lesson when I did it twice but I was wrong because I did it again the other day. I accidentally deleted the vectors I bought online and the theme I patiently made. I downloaded date recovery program but the programs I used didn’t work.

Few months ago my mother and sister bought a Dream signal so they can get and watch a lot of TV channels.  We already have an old one but it was like a hacked version it was said to be unlimited but since I left the old signal can’t get any channels anymore.

The dilemma of watching only one channel every day sometimes is boring so when I sent money home I told my mother to buy Dream signal as birthday gift for my father so he won’t anymore go to other house just to watch Manny Pacquio’s fight on live television.

The new signal needs to be loaded monthly according to many channels you want to get. As what I have known so far the signal is doing great and there’s no problem yet.

 We don’t frequently used the air conditioner these past few days because the weather is not that hot like on certain days. We just opened our windows so the cool breeze can came in.

The only disadvantages of having open window all day is we can hear the noise outside like the children playing at the nearby school, cars, people walking and yelling in the street. I just hope it is not going to be dusty soon here inside our apartment or else I have to do general cleaning again that is too tiring to do.
